Acerca de la Dra. Susan Abbatiello

Dr. Susan Abbatiello is a Bioanalytical Chemist with experience in biomarker candidate discovery and verification using proteomics techniques such as mass spectrometry, isotope-dilution mass spectrometry, multi-dimensional liquid chromatography and high-field asymmetric waveform ion mobility spectrometry (FAIMS). Her work is focused on method development and studies of reproducibility and robustness of SRM-MS quantitation of peptides and related proteins from digested plasma and cell lysates. Her areas of expertise include: proteomics • protein science • mass spectrometry • method development • research and development • quantitative protein LC/MS-MS assays • targeted peptide quantitation • LC-SRM-MS • LC-MRM-MS • software testing/evaluation • bottom-up proteomics.
