EMN postulaciones

We are inviting early-career researchers to join the committee of the Metabolomics Society's Early-career Members Network (EMN). The mission of the EMN is to recognize the value and importance of our early-career members, to ensure that their views are heard and acted upon, ultimately improving their experience in metabolomics science and within our community. We are looking for creative thinkers to address current challenges, such as how do we help early-career scientists enter and engage with our scientific community? What mechanisms can we construct to allow early-career member contributions (including talks and posters) to be openly discussed in a safe environment, where senior scientists can teach and advise, and where no question is too basic? What activities and benefits can we develop to encourage early career members to join (and remain members of) the Metabolomics Society even in years when they do not attend the annual conference? Which training courses should be offered? How else can the Society and the EMN serve its early-career members? In addition, as EMN is a diverse committee, we specifically encourage applications from candidates from underrepresented regions such as Asia, Africa, Middle East and Australia/Oceania.

To apply, please visit this link:  https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSddcw5DgqOJB9gBErPn7Tgd-EDjMDWAddS4l WMDU6YC-adjZA/viewform

The form will not be accepting responses until July 28. Alternatively, we will be sharing the link on our LinkedIn, Bluesky and X accounts when applications open.

For any questions, reach out to the EMN committee (info.emn@metabolomicssociety.org).
